Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging a product.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or damaged products unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty,

 

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. You can reach us through email or by using the contact form on our website.  Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.  Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if available.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.  Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase.  Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.  If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team with the details and provide any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.  Warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or repair the product, depending on the nature of the defect. Warranty coverage does not include damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These items include earthing sheets or products that have been used or opened.
